This business was engaged in the Contractor and Supplier Services business in early 2019 and collaborated with several contractor companies which at that time were still personally or in relationships and had not yet used a Business Entity. This business actually has collaborated with several clients in working on several projects.

As time went on and requests for orders continued to increase, it was agreed to form a Business Entity named CV. Darmawan Antar Sarana. CV. Darmawan Antar Sarana is a company that is wholly owned by local entrepreneurs. THE COMPANY was established on December 12, 2019 based on the Deed of Establishment of Limited Liability Company Number 03. According to the deed of establishment. The Company is engaged in the General Contractor and General Supplier Services business.

rThe business sector handled by the company is the competence of the company and is supported by a Management Team who have experience, competence and dedication in this field. In carrying out our daily business, the management and all employees are committed to being a company that always provides the best service.

Due to the fairly good competition in the General Contractor and General Supplier business, and with requests from several customers for CV Darmawan Antar Sarana to be upgraded to a Limited Liability Company, the shareholders entered into an agreement to form a legal entity with the same business name. So that on October 17, 2022, a legal entity named PT Darmawan Antar Sarana was formed, which was an upgrade from CV Darmawan Antar Sarana. This same name is still used with awareness because some of our customers are already synonymous with that name, namely Darmawan Antar Sarana or DAS
